NERDLE was founded in 2019 by people who had spent years inside the SIP and VoIP industry, building the infrastructure that independent businesses rely on to stay connected with their customers. We watched those businesses closely. We saw what worked and what did not.
Business owners had access to call tracking. They had message recordings. They had confirmation texts going out to customers every day. But the calls went unreviewed. The recordings piled up. And when customers started expecting real two-way conversation, not just "press 1 to confirm," the tools could not keep up.
The problem was never the technology. It was the gap between the incoming communication and the person running the business. Someone needed to close that loop.
We just did not have the tools to build it yet. In 2025, we did. Ada launched first, a purpose-built business receptionist for the US market. Not a chatbot. Not a call centre.
